Commercial Eviction Florida How Much Notice Do I Have To Give Non Paying Tenant Before Eviction, If The Property Is Commercial?

Florida how much notice do I have to give non paying tenant before eviction, if the property is commercial? - commercial eviction

I am new to the ownership of commercial real estate and have two tenants that are not paid within two months. Do I have to cancel or can I delete them, because the property is not a residence permit?

You can go online and check the laws of your state (sometimes) and the revised statutes, or go down to the courthouse of the county to documents and then apply to install Remove the legislation. In my state, a lease is more complicated, but a month is 5 days, even for commercial purposes.
It was almost a dead end - try this: http://www.flsenate.gov/statutes/index.c ...
and the house http://www.flsenate.gov/statutes

I know that in California. You must pay within 30 days or stop sending, it takes leave about 3 months, then you should check for rent and still have a contract
